On January 18, 2018 Bright Ideas was awarded two Canadian Regional Event Awards in the 1st Annual Canadian Special Events Magazine Competition. British Secret Garden garnered both awards for it’s outstanding design and decor. The event was the VIP Grand Opening of a brand new JLR showroom for a local dealership, also celebrating its 50th Anniversary and launching the new Land Rover Velar.

After 50 years of operation, the client for this event (a private country club) had a lot of history to share. But many of its members weren’t born when the club opened. Giving them a walk down memory lane, without it turning into a boring history lesson, was the goal for this fiftieth anniversary celebration.
