SHARON BONNER - President

With over 30 years experience in the sales and marketing industry, Sharon recognizes the importance of strategic planning. Her strong organizational and management skills, combined with unleashed creativity, have been instrumental in the company's success. Bright Ideas has earned numerous industry awards in the past few years.

Her related experience and artistic skills are essential to the creation, promotion and coordination of special events. She is constantly applying innovative concepts and new techniques to ensure her clients meet their event objectives.

Sharon believes in building solid business relationships filled with mutual respect and trust. Her contagious enthusiasm and energy ensures a positive experience for clients, guests and staff alike.

In her spare time, Sharon enjoys traveling to tropical destinations, reading, gardening & providing homeopathy for animals.

CAROLINA CHANG - Event Coordinator

Carolina offers great support in different areas of the company; administration, sales & marketing and event coordination to name a few. She is very committed to ensuring that the goals and purposes of any project meet and/or exceed expectations. This is evident through Carolina's dedication, positive attitude and maturity that she brings to every event.

Carolina is fluent in Spanish, has a strong command in French and speaks several other languages. She is a creative communicator and presenter, provides excellent costumer service and is able to establish rapport with individuals and groups at all organizational levels. At the same time, she prides herself in continuously gaining knowledge in the process of researching, planning and implementing corporate events.

In her spare time, Carolina enjoys travelling, reading, cooking, playing tennis and dancing.

PAULINE WONG - Administrative Assistant

Pauline has excellent customer service skills due to her extensive retail experience. She is fluent in three languages - Cantonese, Mandarin and French. Her language flexibility enables her to assist guests with great ease.

As an administrative assistant, Pauline offers support in sales & marketing, as well as assists in event preparation. She has great organization skills and is able to multitask quickly. During events she is enthusiastic, efficient and personable.

In her spare time, Pauline enjoys stargazing, folding origami, and making tasty desserts.
